Southern Integrated Delivery Project Overview
The Network Rail Southern Region embarked on a Project 13 aligned enterprise model for their Control Period 7 renewals. Called the Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE) it comprises 3 distinct entities: 1) the Capable Owner, 2) Southern Integrated Delivery (SID) & 3) the Ecosystem. The SID comprised 5 Business Partners, Building and civils – VolkerFitzpatrick; Electrification and plant – Octavius; Signalling– AtkinsRéalis; Track – VolkerRail; Minor works – Network Rail. Drumacross commercially led the procurement of the Buildings & Civils framework on behalf of the Network Rail Works Delivery team. 15 suppliers were appointed to an innovative new 10-year partnership framework to deliver Buildings & Civils works for its Works Delivery team across the Southern region in CP7 and CP8 valued at £1.4B.Our Services
- Commercial Management of the procurement throughout the tender phase on behalf of Network Rail.
- Leading the technical response to all commercial queries raised during the tender.
- Provision of strategic advice to the Project sponsors and stakeholders
- Drafting of governance, award recommendation papers and finalising contract documentation.
